SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. 

Larger quantity orders may take a little longer as our products are handcrafted in small batches and individually passes quality control. We will keep you informed if any delays.

We offer these shipping methods:

Domestic Orders

• FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $100 AUD
• FREE Express shipping for all orders over $180 AUD
• Domestic Standard Shipping: $10 AUD
• Domestic Express - $25 AUD
• Pick Up - FREE pick up for Hills district region NSW. 

International Orders - We only ship to New Zealand, Asia Pacific, US, Canada, UK & Europe.

• International Standard Shipping: $30 AUD
• International Express Shipping: $50 AUD

*Additional shipping fee may occur depending on region and bulk orders. 

RETURNS

Damaged Returns

• All our products are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe delivery of products. If you've received an item which has been damaged during delivery, please inform us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and we will work with you for a replacement or a refund.

Change of Mind Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your candle or diffuser must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging and dispatched within 7 days upon arrival. 
• Shipping costs for returns will be at customers' own expense - the cost of shipping will be discounted from the refund total.
• Please provide proof or purchase when requesting a return. Items that are sent back to us without approved request will not be accepted. 
• We do not accept returns on sale items.
